Location: Lowell, AR (In-Office)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Reports To: Contact Center Manager
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions
- Ensure appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed each day
- Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, operations managers, and team members
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
- Accurately enter and update customer and job information in scheduling systems
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (training provided)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stay composed and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role
- Experience with scheduling or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking throughout the day
- In-office role with consistent phone and computer use
- Fast-paced, high-volume environment—especially during peak seasons
- Requires strong multitasking, organization, and adaptability
