Position Title: Marketing Data & AI Assistant
Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We are looking for an analytical and tech-savvy Marketing Data & AI Assistant to help optimize our marketing workflows and data reporting. In this role, you will leverage generative AI tools, manage data hygiene across our marketing stack, build performance dashboards, and assist with audience segmentation. The ideal candidate loves analyzing numbers, testing modern AI tools, and finding ways to automate and improve marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Tool Integration & Prompting: Utilize generative AI tools to assist in automating repetitive workflows, and refining prompts for marketing use cases.
Data Collection & Reporting: Gather performance metrics across analytics platforms and build clean summary reports/dashboards.
CRM & Database Maintenance: Clean, organize, and segment lead lists
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing data entry and reporting
Market & Competitor Research: Use web scraping/research tools and AI analysis to track industry trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for work-related applications.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formulas).
Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of core digital marketing KPIs (CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to data accuracy.
Basic knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or Python) is a plus.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
