Mister Sparky is launching a new, locally owned electrical service business serving Connecticut’s Middlesex and New London counties. We're building something different: a high-energy, customer-obsessed team where great electricians are valued, supported, and rewarded for their contributions.

We're looking for skilled Service & Repair Electricians who take pride in their craft, genuinely enjoy helping homeowners, and want more than just another job.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems safely and professionally.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship.
Educate homeowners, present repair and upgrade options using straightforward pricing, and help them make informed decisions.
Perform electrical safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve customers' home safety and reliability.
Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team.
Continuously develop your technical, communication, and customer service skills.

What We're Looking For

Active Connecticut E-2 electrical license.
3-5 years of residential electrical experience, preferably in service and repair.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to electrical safety and code compliance.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to serve homeowners.
A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
A growth mindset: curious, ambitious, coachable, and committed to lifelong learning.
A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in doing things right.
