🔧 What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial electrical service work
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide clear repair options
- Install panels, circuits, fixtures, EV chargers, and more
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs
- Use StraightForward Pricing to present options confidently
- Complete full safety inspections on every job
- Work independently with full support from dispatch and management
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years residential electrical experience
- Maryland Journeyman or equivalent license
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Clean, professional communication with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
