We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our growing team. This position is mostly in-office with opportunity to work some shifts from home
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
- Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations
- Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch as needed
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and customer correspondence
- Assist with accounts receivable functions
- Process permits and maintains job documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Support payroll administration and employee onboarding paperwork
- Track office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships
- Help implement and improve office procedures and workflows
- Provide administrative support to company ownership
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
- 1+ years of office management or administrative experience
- Electrical industry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with bookkeeping functions is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting in accounting activities
- Compiling call runs
- Averaging sales
- Tracking closing ratios
- Tracking agreement renewals
- Typing skills
- Knowledge of Office programs
- Filing and organization
- Shipping
- Other administrative duties
