Job Summary

As a Junior Electrician, you will work alongside experienced electricians assisting with residential and light commercial electrical work. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field, learn industry best practices, and grow into a full-time electrician role over time.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Learn the Trade

Assist electricians with installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and light commercial electrical systems.

Support Field Operations

Help maintain organized job sites, prepare tools and materials, and assist with daily field tasks to keep projects running efficiently.

Deliver Great Customer Service

Represent the Mister Sparky brand with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team members.

Grow Your Skills

Learn electrical safety standards, basic diagnostics, installation techniques, and industry best practices through hands-on training and mentorship.

Stay Prepared

Help maintain inventory, keep company vehicles organized, and ensure tools and equipment are properly handled and accounted for.

What We’re Looking For

The "Pro" Mindset: You value professionalism and punctuality. You understand that "on time" is our brand promise. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Communication Skills: You can explain complex issues to clients clearly and provide accurate solutions with a "can-do" spirit. Reliability: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening are mandatory.

Compensation & Perks

Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Base Rate), depending on experience.
