Inventory & Logistics: Ensure your "mobile shop" (the truck) is stocked and ready to minimize downtime.

- Technical Seasoning: 3+ years of residential electrician experience is required.
- Credentials: Must possess all necessary local and state licenses. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Communication Skills: You can explain complex issues to clients clearly and provide accurate solutions with a "can-do" spirit.

Reliability: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening are mandatory.
- Competitive Pay: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour (Base Rate), depending on experience.
- Earning Potential: Total on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000+ per year including performance bonuses.
- Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a $2,500 – $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified senior leads.
