- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the home services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a continually evolving industry.
