THE MONEY
- Base pay: Hourly while you ramp up
- Commission: 18% once you hit your revenue threshold

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems McKinney to Sherman
- Present flat-rate options on every job — customers always get choices
- Educate homeowners on panel upgrades, EV chargers, and surge protection
- Maintain a clean, stocked van and professional job site
- Document every job with photos and dispatch system notes
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Take-home service van, fully stocked

REQUIREMENTS
- 3–4+ years residential electrical experience
- Texas Journeyman or Wireman license (or actively working toward it)
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Hwy 75 corridor location preferred
