Mister Sparky of Alexandria & Arlington is looking for experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team!
Our electricians perform residential and commercial electrical repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and installations throughout Northern Virginia.
We are looking for someone who can confidently diagnose electrical issues, communicate repair options to customers, and complete quality, code-compliant work.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot residential and commercial electrical issues
- Perform electrical repairs and replacements
- Install electrical equipment, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and other electrical components
- Diagnose electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Explain repair options clearly and professionally to customers
- Complete work safely and according to applicable electrical codes
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Document completed work and communicate with the office/dispatch team
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices when needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid Virginia Journeyman Electrician license
- Residential and/or commercial service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Compensation: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
