🔧 JOB SUMMARY
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist Lead Electricians in completing residential and commercial electrical jobs while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. This is an opportunity to learn from top professionals, develop strong troubleshooting skills, and build a career in a growing trade.
⚡ WHAT YOU’LL DO
As part of our team, you will:
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems
- Help troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and determine needed repairs
- Learn how to evaluate the condition of electrical equipment and systems
- Work with and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications
- Identify proper materials and quantities needed for jobs
- Learn and use our Straight Forward Pricing Guide
- Help present repair and installation options to customers in a clear, professional way
- Participate in completing safety inspections and maintaining a safe job site
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Requirements:
- Electrical Experience preferred, but will train.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Electrical License Preferred
- Ability to explain issues clearly and provide solutions to customers
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and grow in the electrical trade
