We’re hiring an Electrical Service Advisor to meet with homeowners, evaluate electrical issues, and help them choose the best repair or upgrade options for their home.
This role is customer-facing and consultative — not heavy install work. Electrical experience is strongly preferred, but a journeyman license is NOT required. If you’re coachable, motivated, and willing to learn, we will train you.

What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)
- Diagnose basic electrical issues and safety concerns
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Build and present repair and upgrade options
- Help customers make informed decisions
- Coordinate with the office and production team
- Deliver 5-star customer service on every call
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical or trade experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfort using tablets and technology
- High integrity — we educate, not pressure

Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $65,000–$95,000+
- Top performers can exceed $100k

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
