We’re hiring an Electrical Service Advisor to meet with homeowners, evaluate electrical issues, and help them choose the best repair or upgrade options for their home.

This role is customer-facing and consultative — not heavy install work. Electrical experience is strongly preferred, but a journeyman license is NOT required. If you’re coachable, motivated, and willing to learn, we will train you.

What You’ll Do

  • Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)

  • Diagnose basic electrical issues and safety concerns

  • Communicate clearly with homeowners

  • Build and present repair and upgrade options

  • Help customers make informed decisions

  • Coordinate with the office and production team

  • Deliver 5-star customer service on every call

What We’re Looking For

  • Electrical or trade experience (preferred, not required)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Willingness to learn and be coached

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Comfort using tablets and technology

  • High integrity — we educate, not pressure

Pay & Growth

  • Performance-based pay with training period

  • Guaranteed training pay while you learn

  • Commission-based earnings as you progress

  • Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $65,000–$95,000+

  • Top performers can exceed $100k

This role has a clear growth path into a senior sales advisor or licensed journeyman advisor position.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
