We’re hiring someone with energy, organization, and initiative to help run our office and support customers. This is NOT just a phone job — it’s a mix of customer service, scheduling, ServiceTitan work, admin tasks, and follow-ups.

You’ll do things like:

  • Answer calls

  • Book jobs

  • Follow up on open estimates

  • Update ServiceTitan

  • Help with office organization

  • Support marketing tasks

  • Keep things running smoothly

We’re looking for:

  • Strong communicator

  • Organized & detail-driven

  • Tech-comfortable (especially with new software)

  • Positive attitude & problem-solver

  • Experience in home services or office admin is a plus

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
