This is an in office position only. There will be no remote work available. 


Hours: Full Time- Monday-Friday

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing call center performance data, marketing results, and customer booking trends. This role requires someone who thrives on uncovering patterns, simplifying complex data, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to leadership and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, organize, and analyze incoming call volumes, booking percentages, lead sources, and conversion metrics.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into call center and marketing performance.
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve call handling, booking rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the call center team to optimize staffing and scheduling based on call patterns.
  • Provide the marketing team with performance insights tied to campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve data processes, tracking methods, and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Ability to organize and interpret large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with call center or marketing data a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in simple, actionable terms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
