Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing strategy and ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Organize and manage marketing events such as trade shows or community outreach.
  • Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving priorities.
Preferred—but not required:
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic franchise-driven marketing system.

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
