This Is Not a “Run-Calls-and-Go-Home” Role

SouthSota Mister Sparky Electric is building a best-in-class electrical operation, and we’re looking for a licensed Master Electrician who wants more than a truck and a schedule.

This role is for a senior electrician who wants authority, influence, and a clear runway into leadership—not micromanagement, chaos, or corner-cutting.

What You’ll Own

  • Serve as a technical leader in the field, setting the standard for quality, safety, and code compliance

  • Lead complex residential and light commercial projects with full support

  • Mentor and develop apprentices (with management backing—not babysitting)

  • Influence install standards, workflows, and best practices that actually get implemented

  • Partner with leadership to improve systems, efficiency, and customer experience

This is a role with real input and real accountability.

Leadership Path (Defined, Not Theoretical)

This position is intentionally built as a launchpad into:

  • Field Supervisor

  • Estimator

  • Operations / Technical Leadership

High performers are expected to step into expanded responsibility within 6–12 months, based on results—not politics or tenure.

  • Licensed Master Electrician in Minnesota

  • 5+ years of field experience

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $127,500.00 per year
