JOB SUMMARY
A Mister Sparky warehouse technician/client care representative answers incoming client telephone calls and assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls. In addition, the warehouse technician/ client care representative will manage the flow of products and materials in the warehouse. This position will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation and management of the warehouse. This includes receiving, preparing, and delivering products, materials, and supplies to the appropriate departments or locations. This position will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and tracking inventory. 
JOB DUTIES
  • Loading and unloading trucks, checking in equipment, and preparing outgoing materials
  • Maintaining inventory levels, conducting physical counts, and using computers to track inventory
  • Using forklifts, dollies and hand lift to move materials
  • Keep the warehouse and storage yard in a neat and organized manner
  • Working with Mister Sparky Electrical Technicians to order any special order requests
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items 
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in proper area
  • Unload merchandise from the trucks and check to ensure that they match with the delivery documents such as the bill of lading, shipping invoice or delivery note
  • Verify that the goods are intact and report any defects
  • Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from work sites as needed
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. 
  • Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company
  • Good communication with the client is essential! The ideal client care representative has a courteous and pleasant demeanor, whether on a phone call or not
  • Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
  • Notifies clients ahead of time if the electrician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
  • Calls Agreement Membership clients, as scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fork Lift Experience 
  • Able to lift 75lbs safely 
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
  • Must have good computer software skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Must Past Random Drug Screening 
  • Must pass background check. 
 
 
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
