*Pay:*
$40,000.00- $60,000.00+ yearly, depending on experience and attitude

*Responsibilities:*
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities in the residential electrical field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate customers on our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
*Requirements:*
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the electrical or home services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Pass a Background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
